1. What services do you provide?
We specialize in writing, copywriting, and editing services, keeping customer ROI in mind. Since 2001, we have

2. How much do your services cost?
The cost of our services depends on your project and needs. For a rough cost estimate choose the service you are
interested in from the right-hand navigation and review the pricing table located at the bottom of that page. To

located at the bottom of each page.
3. Do I own the rights to the material you write for me?
Yes, you own the rights to all material. We reserve only the right to reference it in our portfolio. We understand
that ghostwriting projects are most often confidential, so they are not included in our portfolio. However, we do
maintain the right to show prospective clients ghostwriting materials as examples of our work, if they agree to
sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
4. Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, it is a binding contract that formalizes the work and payment schedules and assigns you the rights of
the project upon payment. You retain the right to cancel your project at any time if you deem it necessary,
but the contract requires you to pay for all hours spent on the project.
5. Is there a down payment, and if so, how much is it?
Yes, we require a down payment for all material. For small projects, we ask for 50 percent of the
total cost up front; for larger projects we work out a customized payment schedule.
6. What is your typical turn around time?
We try to work within your deadlines and also offer 24-hour, 48-hour, and weekend rates for your
time-sensitive projects.
7. Do I need to be located in Houston to use your services?
No, we have clients throughout the nation and the world. Today's technology allows us to work for
you no matter where you are located.
8. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, credit cards (VISA, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover) and money orders.
9. Do you do projects for trade or profit share?
We are unable to provide this type of service at this time.
