A Collaborative Writing Team

The Writers For Hire, established in 2004, provides writing, technical writing, ghostwriting, editing, and copywriting services. We thrive in more complex industries and with more complicated projects. Examples include: nonfiction books, large corporate website overhauls, autobiographies, internal communications projects, family histories, RFPs, technical editorial, thought leadership campaigns, social content campaigns, and whitepapers.

We have the talent, the tools, and the processes to manage large projects efficiently. We understand how to optimize workflows, how to manage multiple moving parts, and how to set up the appropriate talent for the job.

Our Team

Other writing firms have good teams — but we have a great team. Our highly credentialed and experienced writers are degreed, full-time professionals, several of whom hold Ph.D.’s and master’s degrees in their fields. Not only do they look great on paper (pun intended), they also understand the nuances of writing for others, so you’ll always experience amazing customer service.

We understand that part of amazing customer service is always working in our clients’ best interests — that means safeguarding our clients’ time and budget. We have optimized team workflow with intelligent tools, including an award-winning project management system that helps us keep track of high-volume content projects. The system greatly reduces time spent on lost emails, progress updates, time reporting, and misplaced information. So, our teams can spend their time producing your content – not filling gaps in communication.

Just as importantly, most of the members of our team have been working together for at least three years, and several have been with us for a decade. That means our team dynamic is streamlined – our team members collaborate effortlessly, working together in unison from project writer, to account manager, to editor, to final proofreader, without a hitch.
