Since our Head of Marketing left the company in March, I’d been running the team but now we finally have our new Chief Marketing Officer on board and she’s got lots of fresh, new and ambitious ideas/plans. We spoke briefly about the external copywriting help we receive from your team, and she asked if I’d consider switching to a different, larger copywriting agency. You’ll likely be happy to hear that I explained how great Barb and Suzanne have been these last few years in helping us with a number of different projects, and stressed that we must keep working with them going forward since they already have such a great understanding of our business and our tone, and deliver excellent service to us with quick turnaround times.
